Pinnacle foam concentrates are designed to provide rapid knockdown and extinguishment on a broad range of Class A and Class B fires.
Pinnacle 3X3 AR-AFFF is a foam concentrate developed for use in extinguishing both polar and non-polar solvent fires, including ethanol and ethanol blended fuels. It allows for quick fire control and forms a polymeric layer across fuels that mitigates vapors and self seals if disturbed. Pinnacle AR-AFFF contains polysaccharides, which form a pseudo-plastic film on the surface of polar solvents. AR-AFFF provides more stability and better burnback resistance than conventional AFFF.
Pinnacle 3X3 AR-AFFF has been tested to comply with all applicable standards of UL 162 and NFPA 11 and is UL Listed at a proportioning rate of 3.0% for all Class B,polar and non-polar fuel fires.
All Pinnacle foam concentrates are suitable for use in type III nozzles, monitors, foam tubes, CAFS, and fixed systems. They are non-corrosive and environmentally responsive.
Pinnacle can also be used in a custom-engineered, HCT Concentrate Control System.
