The role of the Manufacturer Sales Representative (MSR) is to gain a deep understanding of Encapsulator Technology, learn the countless ways it’s changing how we approach modern day hazard protection and use that knowledge to teach and train Fire Departments, Fire Brigades and Industry Leaders. You will travel within a defined geographical territory, developing and implementing a customer-focused strategy that will lead to greater customer education, acceptance and improved safety for first responders, industrial professionals and the communities they service.

You will join us on our journey to protect the world against growing hazards, including lithium-ion battery fires. Our Encapsulator Technology is backed by over fifteen years of rigorous third-party testing referenced by NFPA. Be a part of the solution!


As an Encapsulator Technology specialist, you will educate and train firefighters and industry leaders to further product acceptance and increase health and safety in a world of ever-growing hazards.

You will work hand-in-hand with all distributors within your territory to ensure proper education and shared success. Partner with distributors for educational presentations, live burn demonstrations, trade shows and other relevant opportunities.

You will maintain contact with existing and potential customers, answering questions, addressing concerns and educating them on new ways to integrate Encapsulator Technology into their department or facility.

  • All earnings are based on a % of sales.
  • Your time is precious. This commission-based role allows room for flexibility.
  • An employee laptop, live burn field demonstration equipment and trade show displays will be provided.

HCT will pay for approved trade shows in your territory to help develop new opportunities.

Desired Experience/Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.S.) / Equivalent Work Experience
  • 4+ Yrs. Fire Science, Fire Protection, Fire Safety, Firefighting or Hazmat Response
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A motivated and outgoing team player mentality.
