Overview
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Manufacturer Sales Representative (MSR). Ideal candidates will have prior sales or training experience, combined with a background in Fire Science, Fire Protection, Fire Safety, Firefighting, or Hazmat Response.
As an MSR, you will promote, market, and sell our patented Encapsulator Technology across a defined geographic territory. You’ll also educate and train both existing and new customers on its use and application, helping us expand its impact and acceptance in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
- Partner with distributors for training, demos, and educational outreach.
- Perform live burn demonstrations, attend trade shows, and present to fire departments and industrial clients.
- Support existing customers and generate new leads through technical education.
- Promote long-term customer success through consistent communication and product knowledge.
Role Details
- This is a 1099 commission-based position.
- Earning potential is from $75K-$175K/yr depending on motivation and time commitment.
- Flexible scheduling — ideal for motivated self-starters.
- HCT provides live burn demo equipment and trade show display kits.
- Company-funded participation in approved trade shows within your territory.
Desired Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or training experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum 4 years in Fire Science, Firefighting, Fire Protection, or Hazmat Response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
